D-day: management of welcoming participants, coordination of service providers and facilitators, discreet monitoring and supervision of the event, emergency management

At the end of the event: awarding of prizes, organization of a time for discussion, speaking by each team leader/participant (primary step so that everyone becomes aware of what the event has brought them and reinforce team cohesion)
