Team building

  •  Discussion with project manager/team to clearly understand the objective of the event 

  • Proposals for activities based on the defined objective and budget

  •  Design of the event with the project manager/team

  • Advice, research and reservation of venues (for events organized outside the structure)

  • Reservation and coordination of all service providers

  • Regular monitoring and updates throughout the design and preparation phase of the event

  • D-day: management of welcoming participants, coordination of service providers and facilitators, discreet monitoring and supervision of the event, emergency management

  • At the end of the event: awarding of prizes, organization of a time for discussion, speaking by each team leader/participant (primary step so that everyone becomes aware of what the event has brought them and reinforce team cohesion)
